Summary:
A 65–year-old lady presented with recent onset of
purpuric rash over the lower limbs, polyarthritis, severe
colicky abdominal pain associated with bloody diarrhea
following a short episode of upper respiratory tract
infection. Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) was
