Summary:
This cross sectional study was done with the objective to prepare
a chart to estimate gestational age by biparietal diameter (BPD)
measurements from 13 to 41 weeks menstrual age of the foetuses
in Bangladeshi population. So far the western charts of
gestational age determination from biparietal diameter that were
prepared on Caucasian population are being used here. But
measurements among eastern population were found to be
smaller than the western by various studies.
