Summary:
The present study was carried out on forty ASA I and II
patients undergoing elective trans urethral resection of
bladder tumour and ICA implant for carcinoma cervix
under subarachnoid block. The patients were randomly
divided into two groups each consisting of 20 patients.
Vasopressors were used when the systolic blood pressure
decreased by 25% pressure of the baseline or less than 90
mm Hg after subarachnoid block.Group I received
