Summary:
This case report is of a 65-year-old man with two large
soft tissue swellings in upper & lower jaws for 20 days.
Incision biopsy revealed metastatic carcinoma with
possible primaries was – adrenal gland and kidney.
Metastatic adenocarcinoma in left lung and primary mass
