We present here a 7 years' old boy presented with recurrent
abdominal pain and vomiting causing severe growth failure
since 6 months of age. He had some dysmorphism including
fish like mouth, upturned nostrils, hypertelorism, low set
posteriorly rotated ears, absence of left kidney and closing
